Extra Super Amaou Shortcake

Pamper yourself with this premium shortcake that is available this time of the year only. Amaou strawberries are known for their rich flavor and succulence. Our Chef Patissier Shinsuke Nakajima travelled to Fukuoka in 2003 and sought out this particular producer, who has been supplying the strawberries used for this cake ever since. The lavish amounts of these acclaimed red jewels are perfectly balanced with a special sponge using eggs from brown rice-fed chickens and multi-grain flour.

THE Sky -Winter Buffet-

Located on the 17th floor of “The Main” building, this revolving restaurant provides a 360-degree panoramic view of Tokyo and a buffet that includes tempura, teppanyaki, sushi, and much more. Anglerfish acqua pazza, basil and seafood rice gratin, and other dainties of the season will also be among the lineup this winter. A special Amaou Cocktail will be available as an option during the Amaou Strawberry Fair.
